Amphetamine is not approved for use in children under 6 years of age, with the exception of Evekeo (approved for children 3 years of age and older).

Before taking this medicine
You should not use amphetamine if you are allergic to any stimulant medicine or if you have:
a heart disease or heart defects;
moderate to severe arterial hypertension;

severe anxiety, nervousness or agitation (stimulants may make these symptoms worse); or

How should I take amphetamines?
